In the Roshtkalin district of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, with the participation of President Emomali Rahmon, the keys to new houses were handed over to residents affected by a natural disaster, the press service of the head of state reports.

The new residential complex has all the necessary conditions for living. Families, in whose residential buildings' construction was completed, were provided with all household accessories: refrigerators, televisions, tables, chairs, carpets, etc.

More than 1 hectare of land was allocated on the new site for the construction of residential houses for 10 families.

Each family has been allocated 6 acres of land, and other necessary infrastructure for living has been created.

Recall that in June, due to a mudslide that blocked the Shohdara riverbed, 15 residential buildings were completely and partially destroyed, an elementary education institution, as well as agricultural gardens and land were flooded.

In the same area, the President took part in the opening of a number of facilities, in particular, the administrative buildings of the Labor, Migration and Employment Agency, the Land Management Committee and the Real Estate Registration enterprise.

He also held a meeting with the asset of the district.
