The Tajik president’s official website reported on January 27 that President Emomali Rahmon suggests that the Majlisi Milli (Tajikistan’s upper chamber of parliament) should relieve Dilshod Talbakzoda and Mirzoamon Rofizoda of their posts of Deputy Prosecutors General. 

The president also suggested that the Majlisi Milli should relieve Ikrom Zoirzoda of his post of Deputy Prosecutor-General also Chief Military Prosecutor.

The President also suggested that the Majlisi Milli should give consent to the appointment of Umed Karimzoda the First Deputy Prosecutor General, Habibullo Vohidzoda the Deputy Prosecutor general also Chief Military Prosecutor, and Sarvar Azimzoda the Deputy Prosecutor General. 

Besides, upon recommendation of the president, prosecutors of the Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO), Khatlon province, the cities of Dushanbe, Kulob and Bokhtar as well as the districts of Sino (Dushanbe) and Kushoniyon (Khatlon province) were replaced. 

In addition, Saidnakhsh rahmonzod was relieved of his post of Deputy Interior Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, according to the Tajik president’s official website.
