President Emomali Rahmon is continuing to introduce staff changes.

An official source within the Levakant Administration says Ms. Bunafsha Faiziddinzida has been relieved of her post of Levakant in connection with transfer to another job..

Meanwhile, an official source within the Committee for Family and Women’s Affairs under the Government of Tajikistan told Asia-Plus Monday afternoon that Ms. Bunafsha Faiziddinzida has been appointed to head the Committee for Family and Women’s Affairs, replacing Ms. Hilolbi Qurbonzoda.       

Levakant (Kalininabad until February 1996, Sarband until January 2018) is a city in south-west Tajikistan.  It is part of Khatlon province, located just east of Khatlon’s capital, Bokhtar, and about 120 kilometers south of Dushanbe.  Levakant is home to Tajikistan's only fertilizer manufacturing plant, Tajik Azot.
