In response to the growing demand for labor, the SC Korean Vocational Training Center is launching educational courses to help Tajik citizens build successful careers in South Korea.

Training program and preparation for the EPS TOPIK exam

The courses offer comprehensive training, which includes not only learning the Korean language from basic to professional levels and developing professional skills but also familiarizing students with the country's culture and traditions.

One of the mandatory steps for employment in South Korea is passing the EPS TOPIK (Employment Permit System – Test of Proficiency in Korean) exam, which confirms proficiency in the Korean language for further employment and provides the opportunity to travel for work.

This means that only after successfully passing this exam can an individual travel to Korea for employment.

This center is the only one that has developed special training materials to help students prepare for the exam, pass it successfully, and achieve their dream of working in Korea.

Learning process

The training is available to men aged 18 to 39 who want to build a career in Korea, earn a high income, and gain work experience at South Korean companies and factories. The courses not only help students acquire a profession but also prepare them for life in a new cultural and professional environment.

The course lasts for three months and concludes with a final exam. Students study the Korean language, undergo cultural adaptation training, and receive professional preparation.

No special education is required to enroll in the course—confidence and a willingness to learn are the most important factors.

Employment support

One of the key aspects of the center's work is providing comprehensive support to students throughout the employment process.

The training center not only provides education but also assists in obtaining a work visa and preparing all necessary documentation for employment in South Korea.  Once a student successfully passes the EPS TOPIK exam, the center takes care of the work visa process and supports the student throughout the entire visa period.  The center remains in contact even after the student starts working in Korea, providing necessary assistance in any situation.

South Korea is one of the countries with the highest salaries in the world, but the final income depends entirely on the worker’s skills, experience, and level of qualification. Korean employers highly value qualified workers.  If an employee meets the contract conditions, there is an opportunity to extend the agreement for 1-2 years.
