Tajikistan's Agency for Overseas Employment under the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Population, in partnership with the Qatari company Jusour, has announced a new recruitment campaign for Tajik citizens seeking temporary employment in Qatar.  The openings span the automotive sector, hospitality, and service industries, targeting candidates with diverse skill levels and experience.

 

Employment conditions

Salaries range from 2,000 to 3,000 Qatari riyals per month (approximately $550–$825), depending on the position and the candidate’s experience.  The employer will provide accommodation, transportation, and both health and life insurance.

After 11 months of work, employees are entitled to 21 days of paid annual leave.  A return ticket to Tajikistan will be covered upon completion of a two-year contract.

 

Available positions

The job openings are broadly grouped into two categories:

Automotive Sector: Car mechanics — heavy vehicle mechanics, bus mechanics, auto electricians, engine specialists, AC mechanics, tire specialists, body and frame technicians, painters, transmission specialists, brake system mechanics, fuel pump specialists, chassis repair technicians.

Service Sector: housekeepers, waiters/waitresses, bartenders, cashiers, hotel front desk staff, chefs (national and international cuisine), assistant cooks, dishwashers, service personnel, general helpers.,

Candidate requirements

  • Age: 25–45 years
  • Language: Basic conversational English
  • Education: University degree or college diploma in automotive technologies, mechanical engineering, or related fields
  • Certification: Relevant professional certification required
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in the automotive industry or related sectors
  • Registration: Mandatory registration on the portal tawzeef.qa
