Somon.tj continues to hold its position as the most recognized and widely used online real estate platform in Tajikistan, significantly outperforming other digital resources. These findings come from a recent study conducted in Dushanbe, its suburbs, and the northern region of the country.

According to the survey, 81% of respondents in Dushanbe, Khujand, and surrounding areas are familiar with Somon.tj, with 55% naming it spontaneously — the highest unaided brand recognition rate among all digital platforms mentioned.

Additionally, 64% of participants reported using Somon.tj over the past 12 months to search for, buy, sell, or rent property — underscoring the platform’s strong demand and practical value.

While international platforms and social media were also mentioned as sources of general information, only one of the leading real estate platforms identified is a national brand.

Somon.tj stands out as the only domestic service among the top-ranked platforms that specializes exclusively in Tajikistan’s real estate market. This has earned it strong trust and consistent engagement across various age and social groups.

“We are grateful to all users who choose Somon.tj. The trust of the people remains our greatest strength. We will continue developing the platform to ensure that every real estate transaction in Tajikistan is simpler, faster, and more transparent,” said Mugminat Avezova, CEO of the company.

Somon.tj maintains its position as the most recognized and most-used online platform in the country — and the only national brand among the top digital services in real estate.
