DUSHANBE, October 28, 2008, Asia-Plus — New Head of the UNICEF Office in Tajikistan, Ms. Hongway Gao, presented the copy of credentials to Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi on October 27, according to the MFA information department.
During the meeting, the two discussed a broad range of issues related to cooperation between Tajikistan and UNICEF and exchanged views on problems such as water supply and sanitary, education for girls, and improvement of living conditions for vulnerable children, the information department said.
