DUSHANBE, October 17, Asia-Plus  — The 15th session of the Dushanbe legislature of the third convocation that was held on October 16 has endorsed new rules of public services and utilities and sanitary for the city.   

The endorsed document, in particular, prohibits keeping goods and utensils in yards of apartment buildings, shops and utility enterprises.  It is also prohibited to fence plots in yards of apartment buildings for accessory buildings and construct additional entrances to the apartment buildings.   

The document also prohibits the use of gas cookers for heating apartments and the re-planning of apartments without appropriate permission of the mayor’s office.
