Babilon-T deploys EastWind contact center platform

DUSHANBE, October 14, 2008, Asia-Plus  — Russian software developer EastWind, part of Sitronics Telecom Solutions, has commercially launched its contact center platform at the Tajik telecommunications service operator Babilon-T.  

The source at Babilon-T said that under conditions of high competition, they try to increase their share in the telecommunications services and attract new customers.  According to him, The EastWind contact center platform is dedicated to help the operator resolve this issue.

According to the Babilon-T press service, deployment of the EastWind contact center platform will allow improving the quality of work of Babilon-T’s subscriber department.

EastWind and Babilon-T have an experience of cooperation.  Last year, Babilon-T installed the EastWind billing and express paid systems.
