DUSHANBE, September 18, 2008, Asia-Plus — Chiefs of drug control departments within the law enforcement agencies, special and customs services from member nations of the CIS have gathered in Dushanbe for regular meeting.
According to the Ministry of Interior, the meeting that opened at the Kokhi Vahdat State Complex in Dushanbe today morning is dedicated to consider issues related to coordination and interaction in carrying out joint operation, investigating criminal groups with international ties, as well as exchange of information on combating drug trafficking.
The meeting is presided over by head of the Bureau for Coordination of the Organized Crime Prevention within the CIS Executive Committee, Lieutenant-General Alexander Bokov.
