DUSHANBE, December 14, 2013, Asia-Plus – By government’s decree Safiallo Devonayev, formerly Head of the Migration Service under the Government of Tajikistan, was appointed to head the Ministry of Interior (MoI) Organized Crime Control Department (UBOP), replacing Major-General Jourakhon Zoirov, a source at a MoI said.

Major-General Jourakhon Zoirov was appointed Head of the Interior Ministry Academy, replacing Major-General Abdulhakim Roziqzoda.

Roziqzoda was relieved of his post of Head of the Interior Ministry Academy in connection with transfer to other job.

Besides, Lieutenant-Colonel Jaloliddin Sadriddinov, who had previously served at the interior ministry’s office, was appointed to head the Interior Ministry press center, replacing Mahmadullo Asadulloyev.

Lieutenant-Colonel Mahmadullo Asadulloyev was transferred to the Interior Ministry Internal Security Directorate.
