DUSHANBE, April 16, Asia-Plus  — Director general of open joint-stock company (OJSC) Roghun HPS has been appointed. By government’s resolution of April 15 Nourillo Shulashov was appointed director general of OSJC Roghun HPS, presidential press service said.
