DUSHANBE, December 31, 2015, Asia-Plus – Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent New Year congratulations to Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, according to the Russian president’s official website.

In his address to Emomali Rahmon, Russian President reportedly noted that the passing year was quite fruitful for Russian-Tajik bilateral cooperation.

Putin noted his certainty that constructive cooperation between the two countries will expand in the future as well and will promote strengthening of stability and security in Central Asia.
