DUSHANBE, March 12, Asia-Plus  — The board (Shuro) of Tajikistan’s lower chamber (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament considered a bill n medical insurance at a March 11 meeting, presided over by its speaker Saydullo Khairulloyev. 

Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, said that the board also considered amendments to the law on state finances and discussed a Tajik-Turkmen convention on avoiding double taxation and a protocol on making amendments to an agreement on legal status of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).  

Some of these issues will be considered at a regular sitting of the fourth session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon today, Sultonov said.
