DUSHANBE, October 20, Asia-Plus — Exhibitions and fairs of Tajik farm produce organized abroad cannot impact prices inside the country, Sirojiddin Valiyev, the head of Tajik consumers’ association (Tojikmatlubot) said in Dushanbe on October 19.
Speaking to journalists, Valiyev said that prices depend on the volume of production of goods. “The more produced goods the cheaper prices,” the consumers’ association head said.
He also noted that Tojikmatlubot had to date remitted 27,000 somonis to the Republican Public Charity that was established last June.
