Zebunniso Qutbiddinova, widow of Tajik poet Loik Sherali, passed away this morning in Dushanbe. She was 77 years old and the cause of death was high blood pressure. Her son Dilovar Sherali announced this on his Facebook page.

He wrote that the funeral will take place at the Sarmanzil cemetery in Penjikent.

Dilovar Sherali previously wrote on his page that his mother suffers from pressure and asked to pray for her health.

Zebunniso Qutbiddinova for a long time was a teacher at school ¹54 named after. Loik Sherali of Dushanbe city.

Famous Tajik poet Loik Sherali passed away on July 30, 2000 in Dushanbe. He is buried at the Luchob cemetery.
