A meeting of an expert group of the CISI member nations took place on April 5 through video conferencing.

According to the press-center of the CIS Executive Committee, representatives of Tajikistan, Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan discussed issues related to development of the national nuclear infrastructures, main tasks and cooperation priorities.  

They, in particular, discussed a drat program for development of the national nuclear infrastructures for the safe implementation of programs for the peaceful use of nuclear technologies and the plan of actions for implementation of this program developed by the CIS Commission for the Peaceful Use of Nuclear Energy 

The next session of the expert group on the specified topic will take place in Moscow on April 26, 2022.  This session will also be held through video conferencing.
