The national futsal team of Tajikistan played its first match in the final of the Asian Cup 2022 in Kuwait and defeated the team of Bahrain, the Football Federation of Tajikistan reports.

It was the first round in group «B» and the futsal players of Tajikistan beat the Bahrain team with a score of 4:3. The goals were scored by Umed Kuziev, Bakhtiyor Soliev, Faizali Sardorov and Idris Yorov. This brought the Tajik team three points at the start of the 2022 Asian Cup.
