An international research-and-practical conference entitled “Business Education in Tajikistan: Contemporary Challenges and Perspectives” will take place in Dushanbe on November 3.

The conference is organized by the National Association of Managers and Marketers, the Academy of Management and Business jointly with the Ministry of Economics and Demography of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan under technical assistance of the European Union.

The conference organizers say Tajikistan is a catch-up position and is forced to go on an accelerated path to mastering the methods and modern formats of the business education.

According to them, coordination and consolidation of efforts of business, education, authorities and donors can become an important aspect of improving the quality of training and retraining of professional managers and successful entrepreneurs.  It is this aspect that will become the key theme and leitmotif of the conference.

The strategic goal is building benchmarks and key drivers for professional development of managers and entrepreneurs, which are based on innovative business changes and transformation of business education technologies.

Business education is an education that embraces teaching and learning the skills and knowledge that might be applied in the business industry.
