, June 13, Asia-Plus – On Saturday June 10, a press service at the Kulob mayor’s office received the first applications from media for accreditation of their regional correspondents.  

According to information from the monitoring service at the National Association of the Independent Media of Tajikistan (Nansmit), the independent news agency “Asia-Plus” was the first to accredit its correspondent for the Kulob region of Khatlon, Turko Dikayev, at the press service of the Kulob mayor’s office.   

“Provisions on press service and accreditation of journalists have been worked out with active assistance of Nansmit, which has assumed production of accreditation cards for the Kulob press service,” the Nansmit source concluded.
