DUSHANBE, July 24, 2010, Asia-Plus  – Vulnerable people now have an opportunity to learn foreign languages and computer basics at the Abu Hanifa Training Center, Tajik Islamic Institute in Dushanbe.

The Abu Hanifa Center director Alo Aloyev says the short-term courses on the Arabic and English languages and computer basics cost 60 somoni per month, while persons who do not have enough funds may take the courses free of charge.  “We still can accept two such persons to each of the groups,” he said.  According to him, the objective of providing free training courses is in raising competence and basic computer skills of the population.
