Wildberries opened access to the platform for all sellers from Tajikistan

Now local brands, manufacturers, and individual entrepreneurs can enter the largest online platform and expand their sales market.

Press release by Wildberries

Wildberries (part of the RWB Group) announces the opening of registration for entrepreneurs from Tajikistan. After the successful completion of the test period, the platform has become available to all interested entrepreneurs who wish to start selling on the marketplace.

The opening of registration allows local brands, manufacturers, and individual entrepreneurs to enter the largest online platform, expand their sales market, and increase sales by accessing a wide audience of buyers.

To start working on the platform, you need to register on the portal https://seller-auth.wildberries.tj/, choose the form of organization (LLC or IE), fill in the company data, and pay a license fee of 6 somoni.

How does it work?

After the payment is received, the seller’s personal account is activated, usually within three working days. Once activated, access to the system and the ability to list products on the platform become available.

At the first stage, the “WB Warehouse” (FBW) and “Marketplace” (FBS) models are available for sellers from Tajikistan.

The FBW model implies that the marketplace takes care of the storage and delivery of goods. Within the FBS model, goods are stored by the seller: after receiving an order, the seller independently packs it and then transfers it to a sorting center, Wildberries warehouse, or reception point, after which the delivery to the buyer is carried out by the marketplace.

Soon, Wildberries plans to expand its logistics infrastructure and launch additional supply models, including “Showcase” (DBS), where the seller independently stores and delivers goods, “Express Showcase” (EDBS) with partner delivery within 1–4 hours, and “Store Pickup” (C&C), allowing customers to reserve goods online and pick them up at the seller’s offline points.

Sellers also have access to promotion tools that allow product cards to occupy higher positions in the search results, attracting attention and stimulating sales. Promotion campaigns are launched based on pay-per-click or pay-per-impression models.

The basic model is pay-per-click, where the algorithm automatically selects the target audience. The seller only pays for targeted actions—clicks by interested users on the card. A campaign can be created in the WB Promotion cabinet: https://cmp.wildberries.tj/campaigns/create

«Wildberries launched sales in Tajikistan last year: opened the first pickup points and established logistics for order delivery. During this time, we saw high demand from buyers and interest in selling on the platform from local entrepreneurs. Therefore, we are now opening registration for all sellers.

This is a simple entry into the e-commerce market: you can start selling and reach a wider audience, including the Russian market. In the near future, the plans include developing logistics and services to make working with the platform even more convenient,” said Aina Kerimova, the head of Wildberries in Tajikistan.
