The Kyrgyz Prosecutor General’s Office is working out regulations on unified business subjects’ inspection procedure. Satybaldiev said that draft of procedure rules has been already completed. Government institutions, primarily internal revenue and law-enforcement services, will have to prove terms, reasons and legality of business activities’ inspections.
