On May 8 Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon conducted a working session with members of government’s work group for preparation of new version of the country’s Tax Code and heads of related structures.

Ministers of economic development and trade, finance, interior affairs, transport, State Statistical Committee, Tax Committee, Customs Committee, State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption Agency, State Insurance Committee, National Bank presented their reports to the session, Tajik President’s press service told AP.

“Leader of the country ordered the governmental commission to carefully study and analyze suggestions and recommendations by different instances and design a new version of Tax Code in a month period,” the source has said.
