DUSHANBE, November 17, Asia-Plus  –The board (Shuro) of Tajikistan’s lower chamber (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament considered a blood donorship at a November 17 meeting, presided over by its speaker, Saydullo Khairulloyev. 

Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, said that the board had also considered amendments to the laws on geodesy and cartography, legal status of foreign citizens in Tajikistan, state duty, and registry office.  

The board also discussed draft resolution on an agreement between Tajikistan and China on avoiding double taxation.     

Some of these issues will be considered at a sitting of the fifth session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the third convocation on November 26, the spokesman said.
