transportation police directorate found 70 kilograms of heroin hidden in its boot.  Two persons, resident of Isfara Naim Majidov and resident of Fayzobod Mahmad Nuriddinov, were detained on suspicion of having been involved in transporting the heroin.  Investigation is ongoing.  

On the same day, Khatlon police detained members of criminal ring involved in drug trafficking in Vose District.  According to Asoyev, more than 21 kilograms of hashish and one hand grenade F-1 were confiscated from two local residents – Abdujalil Hasanov and Alijon Davaltov.
