’s lower chamber of parliament) presided over by its chairman, Saydullo Khairulloyev, was held on January 25.

Parliamentarians considered and endorsed changes and addenda made to the RT Law “On Dehqan (Farmer-run) Farm”.  Under the amendments made to the law now hunting and finishing may be held on the territory of farming units only by common consent of all members (villages) of this farm.  Before that, chairman of a dehqan farm himself might give his consent to carrying out hunting or fishing on the territory of the farm.    

During the sitting it was noted that the changes made to the law were aimed at democratization of farming units in the republic and bringing it into compliance with other laws concerning development of agrarian sector in the country.  

Besides, parliamentarians also approved changes made to the law on securities and stock exchanges.
