, destroying a number of warehouses and shops.

 According to information from the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), the fire broke out at

7:53 p.m.

and raged for several hours.  Firefighting services managed to extinguish the flames only at about

1:00 a.m.

of Sunday.  Several warehouses in a total space of 850 square meters were burnt down.  No casualties were reported, according to the source.  The cause of the fire is under investigation.    

            It is already the second fire on this market.  As it had been reported earlier, a shop “Elegant” located on the territory of the “Korvon” market was burnt down last year.
