KULOB, December 28, Asia-Plus – This year, a court in the city of Kulob has considered 139 criminal proceedings instituted against 160 people, the Kulob court chairman Aslam Kholov said in an interview with Asia-Plus.

According to him, 34 criminal proceedings have been dropped in connection with amnesty or moved to other courts.   

This year, the Kulob court has also considered 201 cases on civil disputes.  “Of them, 20 cases have concerned recovery of debts from employers and nonpayment of alimonies and the others have concerned housing disputes and divorce suits,” the Kulob court head noted.  

 This year, the Kulob budget has received 46,084 somonis from the city court, according to Kholov.
