DUSHANBE, November 8, Asia-Plus  — Two persons were killed and at least four others were injured in a domestic gas explosion in the Zarafshon area today morning. 

Asia-Plus learned this from the Ministry of Interior (MoI).  The source at a MoI said that the domestic gas explosion occurred at around 6:00 a.m. in a nine-story residential building.  “According to the preliminary investigation, the explosion occurred in one of apartments of the second floor,” said the source, “The first two floors were seriously damaged by the explosion.” 

All residents of this building were evacuated, and an operational team of the MoI is working on the scene of the accident.
