(Teacher’s Guide) has been brought out in Khorog, Gorno Badakhshan. 

The magazine, which is an official publication of the GBAO Institute for Improvement of Professional Education, offers practical advice on a broad range of topics pertinent to teaching as well as school governance and management.

editor Farrukh Saidasanshoev said that the professional journal, based on the Institute’s monthly information-methodological bulletin

that had been published since 1997, is published for classroom teachers and other education professionals as well as parents.  

According to him, the founder has announced subscription to the magazine.  “However, it is currently distributed to all educational facilities in the region and some schools in the Khatlon province and the Rasht Valley (eastern Tajikistan) free of charge,” the editor said.  

At present, the circulation of the 32-page magazine, which is published under financial support of the Delegation of the European Commission in Tajikistan, is 450 copies.
