DUSHANBE, March 27, Asia-Plus  — Tajik Internet-portal TopTJ.com has changed its owner.  

The former TopTJ.com owner Khurshed Yoqubov told Asia-Plus that the portal had been sold to American businessman. 

According to him, a deal on selling the resource has practically been completed and management of it has already been handed over to the purchaser.  However, Yoqubov has refrained from naming the new owner of Top.TJ.com. 

Mr. Yoqubov added that the portal requires serious improvement and changes to its development concept.
