DUSHANBE, June 17, Asia-Plus  — On the occasion of a National Unity Day, which is marked in Tajikistan on June 27, the Committee for Youth, Sports and Tourism Affairs has launched a series of meetings with youth in districts subordinate to the center (RRPs).

The first such meeting was held in the district of Varzob on Saturday, June 14.  The second meeting with youth activists was held in the Hissor district today.   

Speaking in an interview with Asia-Plus, Mavlon Sharipov, the head of the information analysis department within the Committee for Youth, Sports and Tourism Affairs, said that the meetings are dedicated to consider issues related to role of youth in consolidation of national unity of the country. 

The next meeting is scheduled to be held in the Roudaki district on June 19.
