DUSHANBE, July 10, 2008, Asia-Plus  — Three persons were killed and at least three others were injured Wednesday as a car with five passengers turned over in the Khatlon province, according to the traffic police.  

The accident took place in the Khovaling district yesterday evening.   “The diver probably lost control of the car and it turned over,” said the traffic police source.  “The driver and two passengers died at the scene of accident and three other passengers were injured and taken to the central district hospital in Khovaling.”  The cause of the accident is under investigation.   

Six traffic accidents were registered in the country yesterday.  Fire persons were killed and eleven others were injured in those accidents.
