DUSHANBE, October 30, 2008, Asia-Plus  — President Emomali Rahmon introduced a number of staff changes at an October 29 meeting.  

By government’s resolutions Ghafour Khojamurodov was appointed to head the state service for control over medical activity, Bahodur Kholnazarov was appointed head of the state service for control over pharmaceutical activity, and Qurbon Teshayev was appointed head of the state service for construction and architecture supervision. 

The government also confirmed appointment of Ozoda Rahmonova, chairperson of the MFA consular directorate, as member of the MFA board.  

The government also passed a resolution on establishment of the state-run enterprise Jahonnamo.
