DUSHANBE, November 13, 2008, Asia-Plus  — Issues related to state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral economic cooperation between Tajikistan and Japan and were a major topic of a meeting of Sharif Said, Chairman of Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) with Mr. Yoshihiro Nakayama, Charge D’ Affaires, Japan’s Embassy in Dushanbe, which was held in Dushanbe on November 12.  

In the course of the talks, Said and Nakayama, in particular, touched upon issues related to training of personnel for Tajikistan in Japan and the possibility of launching joint ventures in Tajikistan, the CCI press service said. 

The CCI head offered holding a joint business forum of business circles of Tajikistan and Japan in Dushanbe.
