DUSHANBE, November 13, 2008, Asia-Plus — Underage resident of the Hissor district, Muhsiddin Muhammadov, has been detained for porno film distributions.
Speaking in an interview with Asia-Plus, Mahmadullo Asadulloyev, a spokesman for the Ministry of Interior (MoI), said that the teenager was detained at the Hissor central market yesterday while selling the porno CDs. According to him, Muhsiddin Muhammadov was realizing the porno CDs through the shop belonging to his father.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against Muhsiddin Muhammadov under the provisions of Article 241 of Tajikistan’s Penal Code – illegal production and distribution of porno materials, the spokesman said.
