DUSHANBE, December 25, 2008, Asia-Plus  — On Wednesday December 24, Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi and Afghan Ambassador to Tajikistan, Said Muhammad Khairkhoh, singed a protocol on exchange of ratification notes on extradition of prisoners for further serving their sentences in their countries, according to the MFA information department.

This document was ratified by the Majlisi Namoyandagon (Tajikistan’s lower chamber of parliament) on June 20, 2008 and by Afghanistan’s Mishronu Jirga and Vulusi Jirga of the Shuroi Milli on September 24, 2008.
