President signs a number of laws adopted last year

DUSHANBE, January 4, 2009, Asia-Plus  — On the Old Year’s day, President Emomali Rahmon signed a number of laws adopted in 2008, according to presidential press service.   Among them are laws on administrative code and state social order, as well as amendments to the country’s laws on prosecutors, courts, referendum and penal code.
