Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov will pay official visit to Uzbekistan and Iran.

“Turkmenistan is adherent to amity and neighborliness,” the president said at the Friday meeting of the government which discussed program of the prospective visit.

The visit “is bound to become an important step in the development of inter-state dialog and traditional cooperation in the interests of all regional peoples,” Berdymuhamedov said.

The president said that both visit would have a very busy schedule.

He said he would attend the opening of Turkmenistan”s first exhibition abroad and the new building of the Turkmen embassy in Tashkent during the visit to Uzbekistan.
