 The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan has ratified imposing of property tax moratorium before January 1, 2010. The bill was submitted to the parliament recently and today received support of 75 members of parliament.

The Kyrgyz Economic Development and Trade Minister Akylbek Japarov said the moratorium is imposed at the initiative of the president. “The assigned term should be used for intensive explanatory work for population about the tax characteristics,” the minister said.
