Turkmen central print media published a programme of performances by masters of art and culture of the Russian Federation as part of Days of Russian Culture in Turkmenistan from 6 to 11 April.

Soloist of the Bolshoy Theater, the Moscow State Academic Philharmonic Society, the Moscow New Opera Theatre will perform in Ashgabat theaters within the framework of the cultural action, the Turkmenistan.ru correspondent reports from Ashgabat.

The Vladimir Orchestra of Russian Folk Instruments and Obraztsov State Academic Central Puppet Theatre will perform in Ashgabat and Mary.

Exhibitions of photographs and decorative-applied art of Russia will be held in Ashgabat museums. A Russian films week with participation of famous Russian actors will be held in cinemas.

Under the agreements reached by the presidents of the two countries, Russia will host Days of Turkmen Culture in 2010.
