DUSHANBE, September 18, 2009, Asia-Plus  — By president’s decree of September 17 the year of 2010 is declared Year of Education and Technical Knowledge in Tajikistan, according to presidential press service.





The decree is signed to promote further development of the education sector, strengthening of material and technical basis of educational facilities, entering system of international education and ensuring quality of education and development of technical thinking.





The government is to take necessary measures within two months to ensure implementation of this decree, the press service said.
