Japanese production management method “Kaizen” will be introduced on several pilot industrial enterprises in Uzbekistan this October and November.

Representatives of Uzbek industrial enterprises will be taught this method for two days, October 26-27, Uzbek Chamber of Commerce and Industry reported. Then in October-November experts of “Kaizen Institute Russia” will realize introduction of Kaizen principles on several mentioned pilot enterprises of the republic.

Given program is aimed at increasing competitive ability of Uzbek industrial enterprises on internal and external markets by means of increasing quality of the products, work productivity, and effectiveness of production organization.

“Kaizen” philosophy (Japanese for improvement) is aimed at increasing quality of the production by means of motivating each employee to a continuous activity directed towards a more effective labor organization and results.
