The rules allowing physical entities to transport commercial goods will be cancelled in Kazakhstan within the limits of the Customs Union. Vice chair of the representation of the customs service of Russia at the Customs Control Committee of Kazakhstan, Sergey Kuryakov, informed at the meeting with the participants of foreign trade activities in Astana, the agency reports.

“There will be another agreement on regulation of transportation of goods by physical entities. It is now being worked on and will be introduced in the Customs Union Commission by March 20,” S. Kuryakov informed.

“As for the regulation norms, import of goods by physical entities will be subdivided into goods for own needs and commercial parties. In Kazakhstan, unlike Russia and Belarus, there are possibilities for physical entities to import commercial goods. There are not such rules in Russia and Belarus. Russia has stricter norms and Belarus has even stricter rules. I think that you will not have these norms as well,” S. Kuryakov noted.
