DUSHANBE, September 3, 2010, Asia-Plus  — The Security Council Secretary Amirqul Azimov heading a special commission, charged by the president with probing into the blast that occurred in Khujand day morning, has departed for Khujand, Asia-Plus has learned from Yevgeny Rudnev, an aide to the Security Council Secretary.

In the meantime, according to the latest data, more than 15 people have been killed and some 30 others have been injured in the blast that occurred outside the building of the Sughd anti organized crime department in Khujand today morning.

The law enforcement authorities suppose that a suicide bomber blew up an explosive-packed car outside the building of the Sughd anti organized crime department today morning, at around 8:00 am.  The bombing occurred just as officers were taking physical training, a reliable source at a MoI said.
