DUSHANBE, May 16, 2011, Asia-Plus  — More than 60 young men and women that took training courses at the Youth Resource Center in Danghara district, Khatlon province received certificates today, Jaloliddin Nourov, an aide to the head of the Committee for Youth, Sports and Tourism Affair, said.

According to him, the training courses were organized under the support of the World bank in the framework of the Youth Social and Economic Opportunity Grant Project.

“In all, 63 young people have taken 3-month and six-month training courses in computer basics as well as the English and Russian languages,” Nourov said.

“Besides, the Youth Resource Center in Danghara has also organized training courses on business basics.  83 persons have taken this course and they have also received certificates,” the aid said, noting that the business basics course was organized in the framework of the project, Development of Youth Entrepreneurship and Youth Employment in Tajikistan, Phase 2.
