DUSHANBE, May 23 2011, Asia-Plus –The board (Shuro) of Tajikistan’s lower chamber (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament discussed a bill requiring amendments to the RT Law “On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan” at a May 23 meeting, presided over by the Majlisi Namoyandagon speaker Shukurjon Zuhurov.

Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, said the board also considered a bill on amendments to the country’s law on prosecutor’s offices.

The Majlisi Namoyandagon board decided to hold parliamentary hearings over implementation of the national education development support program and use of budgetary funds in the education sector on May 27.

Al these issues will be considered at the next sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the fourth, Sultonov said.
