DUSHANBE, August 11, 2011, Asia-Plus – 230 public servants, public figures, health workers and labor veterans of Tajikistan received state awards today from Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon.

State awards were also handed to former senior officials of the country – Kakhor Mahkamov, Izatullo Khaeyev, Akbar Mirzoev, Saidullo Khairulloev, Sulton Mirzoshoev, Talbak Nazarov and Rakhmat Kudratov.

Additionally, President Rahmon handed state awards to Shodi Shabdolov, the leader of the Communist party of Tajikistan, Moukhiddin Kabiri, the leader of the Islamic Renaissance party, Olim Boboev, the leader of the party of economic reforms, Abdukhalim Gafforov, chairman of the Social party of Tajikistan, Amir Karaqulov, the leader of the Agrarian party and Asror Latipov, chairman of the ruling National And Democratic Party of Tajikistan.

State awards were also handed to a series of heads and deputies of the Lower Chamber of Tajikistan’s Parliament, President’s Assistants for Foreign Policy and Social Development Erkin Rahmatulloev and Saidmurod Fattoev.
