DUSHANBE, April 2, 2012, Asia-Plus  — On Sunday April 1, the Islamic Revival Party (IRP) leader Muhiddin Kabiri, who is also deputy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon (Tajikistan’s lower house of parliament), reportedly met in Istanbul with a group of Tajik entrepreneurs, labor migrants and students who are working and studying in Turkey.

According to IRP’s headquarters n Dushanbe, more than 60 representatives from Tajik Diaspora in Turkey attended the meeting and IRP leader answered numerous questions from them.

The majority of questions concerned problems facing Tajik students and businesspeople in Turkey and Kabiri assured them that Tajik parliament will take efforts to find solution to those problems, the source said.

IRP leader visited Istanbul on transit to Switzerland, where he will attend an international conference on relations between the European Union and Islamic Parties, the source added.
